30-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This is longer than the 14 days required by law.

How to return an item

1. Email us with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We'll reply with the returns address and instructions.
3. Send the items back. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
